Most chapters are followed up with a valuable overview of lessons learned and sometimes a list of resources.I enjoyed this book. Kerry covers a broad spectrum of careers and people, and every reading should be able to relate to one or two stories. I found this book to be a medium read (larger format @ a little over 200 pages). I'd recommend it even if you are just starting your career search. I'm going to give it a 4 out of 5
